The Wellsville Borough Planning Commission is composed of five community residents appointed by the Borough Council to serve four year terms.
The Planning Commission is an advisory body that reviews and makes recommendations to the Borough Council for all proposed subdivision and land development plans, conditional use request, and amendments to the Subdivision/Land Development.
The Planning Commission meets as needed at the Borough Building.
